Elliot Barker is a licensed architect with over 45 years of experience delivering complex projects across residential, aviation, transit, civic, and institutional sectors. A second-generation architect, he brings a blend of design excellence and technical leadership to each project, with a strong focus on public infrastructure and community-based development.
Elliot is currently leading the construction documentation for the 64-unit Rosecrans Affordable Housing project in Compton, California. He recently served as Project Architect for the $53 million LA Clippers Intuit Dome Plaza Buildings and Parking Structures. His past roles include overseeing 56 enabling projects as Project Architect for the LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT-West), including vertical transportation and parking structure renovations in the airport’s Central Terminal Area. His work reflects a commitment to delivering high-impact, sustainable, and accessible projects for diverse communities.
